Some objects are kept
not because they are useful
but because letting them go would feel like a second loss.
They sit quietly.
They ask nothing.
They do not improve with display.
Their value is not symbolic.
It is custodial.
To hold something
is not to understand it
or to resolve it
or to make it productive.
It is simply
to agree
that it will not be discarded yet.
On Beginning
This space will hold fragments, notes, and releases.
Some will be about work in progress.
Some about objects, memory, or ritual.
Some may simply mark time.
There is no schedule.
There is no promise of completion.
Only attention.
